DC's Favorite R&B party "Pretty Girls Love RnB" lands on a FRIDAY at 12 Stories for the first time in 2026. This party is dedicated to celebrating different eras of RnB. We're calling all our RnB lovers for this one.

Join us on Friday, February 27th, 2026 at 8:30 PM at 12 Stories Rooftop, overlooking the water. The evening kicks off with a happy hour and live band experience from DC’s favorite band, the House Band on the drums and guitar, and CJ Saylor on saxophone. Then from 10 PM to close, our DJs take you on a journey through the eras of R&B, from classics to contemporary vibes.

You may end up texting that ex you haven’t spoken to in months, accepting a drink from the guy across the bar, or singing arm to arm with your friends. Regardless, one thing’s for sure. You’re guaranteed to have an unforgettable night.

We’re setting the mood: a welcome gift, roses and a special surprise for the ladies. Keep an eye out and grab yours early before supply runs out.
