Pretty Dangerous is a one-time women’s self-defense seminar at Boxology designed to give women practical tools they can actually use.
This is not fear-based.
This is not complicated.
This is not about becoming aggressive.
This is about learning how to recognize risk earlier, create space, use your voice, set boundaries, and practice simple self-defense tactics your body can remember under pressure.

How to recognize warning signs, read behavior, identify exits, manage distance, and notice more before a situation escalates.
Self-Defense
Simple, practical defensive tools designed to help you create space, escape pressure, and get away.
Safety Strategy & Tactics
How to think through real situations, make decisions under stress, and understand what to do before, during, and after a threat.
Hands-On Drilling
Controlled, coach-led practice so your body can begin to recognize movement, distance, voice, and response.
