It is with great excitement that our first in-person event since 2019 is happening soon.
The Pretoria Throwdown has always been an event for the community where everyone can share our common love, passion and enjoyment for fitness with an event that is sure to test everyone across divisions.
The Pretoria Throwdown has always been a team event were teams consist of 2 team members of the same gender.
Our divisions at the 2023 Throwdown will be RX, Scaled and Masters.
