A unique opportunity for teens/preteens to learn and experience lifelong habits and practices for healthy, creative ways to cope with everyday life stress, learn the importance of self-care, mindfulness, movement, and art. The entire studio will be yours for the day to experience aerial yoga, mat yoga, creative arts, sound therapy, meditation, salt room, journaling, etc. Nutritious smoothies and lunch are included in the cost.
