This year's Grand parade will leave the top of Prestatyn High Street at 12 noon. It will travel down High Street, turn left into Bridge Road, travel over the railway bridge into Bastion Road. At the bottom of Bastion Road, it will turn right into Beach Road East, before entering the Carnival field via Beach Close.The Carnival field will be open to the public from 11am with fun fair rides, bouncy castles, retro carnival games, Welsh craft tent, charity, trade and side stalls, donkey rides, land train rides, children's entertainer, Majorette and Morris dancing competitions, hot and cold refreshments.
At the conclusion of the parade, for the rest of the afternoon, the carnival field will host a full mix of multi generational free entertainment in Arena 2, whilst Arena 1 will stage this year's Baby of the Year competition, see the Coronation of this year's Carnival Queen, Princess and Rosebud and host the 66th North Wales Empress of Carnival competition for visiting Queens.
Entry for the public is free to and there is ample parking (including a Blue Badge Area) onsite. (Suggested donation, for parking £1).
This is a multi generational event where we invite you to join your community and have some fun.
The Fair ground will be open until 8pm.
