We are delighted to announce a beautiful wine tasting highlighting our non-profit Sommelier Scholarship Fund and key regions in the scholarship's curriculum. Established in 2014 and having attained 501(c)(3) status in 2021, the fund provides sommeliers with educational trips to France's premier wine regions.

We are extremely proud of the initiative's success - since its inception, many budding professionals who lacked the resources and access to visit iconic regions and wineries have participated in these trips and are now leading wine programs across the country. These trips have played a vital role in advancing careers and inspiring the next generation of wine professionals.

Please join us at Restaurant Daniel for an elevated wine tasting “Apéro” featuring exceptional selections from Champagne, Burgundy, and the Rhône Valley - three key regions that the Sommelier Scholarship Fund covers. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to the fund.
