Pressed Flower Suncatchers

In this workshop you’ll learn how to incorporate pressed flowers into your stained glass pieces. For this project, your flowers will be pressed between a bevel and a precut piece of glass and you’ll have a variety of shapes, sizes and colors to choose from. Participants will get a brief tutorial on how to press flowers, then they will learn how to use a glass grinder, a special trick to help keep the moisture out, how to copper foil, solder and then clean their pieces.
Each participant will leave with a finished hanging around 3”-4” depending on the bevel picked. This class is limited to six students.
Ages 15+. All students will need to sign a waiver prior to taking the course. Please wear closed toed/closed heeled shoes. DO NOT WEAR sandals or flip flops, you'll be turned away. Aprons are provided but it's advised to wear clothes that you would craft in.

COST: $100 Cash-Check / $107 Credit-Debit Card. All ticket sales are FINAL but are transferable if you need to send someone in your place.
