Fresh herbs are one of the greatest pleasures of the summer garden. In this intimate, hands-on workshop, you'll learn simple techniques for preserving their flavor and fragrance so you can enjoy them throughout the year.
Together, we'll create internationally inspired kitchen staples that add fresh flavor to everyday meals. Learn how to pair herbs confidently, preserve them successfully, and use them creatively in your cooking.
Because this is a small-group experience, you'll have plenty of opportunity for questions, conversation, and personal guidance. Class size is limited to 16 people.
You'll leave with samples to take home, tested recipes, practical preservation tips, and the confidence to transform fresh herbs into a pantry full of homemade flavor. Whether your herbs come from a sprawling garden, a few patio pots, or the farmers market, you'll gain skills you'll use all winter long.
