About this Event
Oxymels? Switchels? Shrubs? These buzz words are common in craft cocktails, for a good reason! They are medicinal and flavorful.
We are going to go over the differences, how to make your own & experiment with blending.
The great thing is you don’t event need to add alcohol to enjoy them!
Your teacher will be Nico, who works at the farm as well as homesteads. She is a farmer, chef & forager who enjoys experiementing with preservation. She loves sharing this knowledge to help others get comfortable and excited about it too.
Class cost
$35, includes a jar of veggies!
