Join Preservation Dallas for our our FIRST In-Town Outing of 2025 at Scottish Rite Cathedral. The building, completed in 1913, was the center of Freemasonry in Dallas and has stood as a cultural and community icon for over 110 years.
Come hear more about this impressive Dallas Landmark on March 6, 2025 from 5:30pm-7:30pm. A special presentation by Justin Curtsinger, AIA will start promptly at 6pm in the auditorium. Guests are permitted access to the Lobbies, Libary, Parlor, Ballrooom, Blue Room, Green Room, and Auditorium during this tour.
This In-Town Outing is FREE to members & is $20 for non-members.

History & Design Presentation in the Auditorium
Host: Justin Curtsinger, AIA
Info: Justin has over 13 years of experience with preserving and rehabilitating historic buildings, new construction, and master planning. His diverse portfolio includes civic, education, religious, hospitality, commercial, office, museums, parks, and residential projects. He also has experience with historic preservation tax credits, conditions assessments, historic finishes, historic resources surveys, National Register of Historic Places, Historic American Building Survey (HABS) documentation, and archival research.
He is actively involved in the community and volunteers for various local and state-wide non-profits where he leads committees and special projects. He also donates his professional expertise through pro bono preservation and research-related services and projects. An example of his service includes leading a Preservation Dallas research team to document 133 historic schools in the Dallas Independent School District (DISD).
