Jenna Balute, Project Manager at the Brooklyn Studio, will present their Merit-Award-winning “Cobble Hill Greek Revival.” The jury admired this transformation and couldn’t stop talking about the exquisite new stair.

Studio Modh’s “Shelter Island Residence” received a Commendation for Transformative Reuse, and Principal Philip Ryan will present the project alongside some of the challenges of creating the extraordinary while preserving most of the existing house.
