SPAC is one of the oldest organizations in the visual and fine arts in Minnesota. Its inception harnessed the collective power for artists beginning in the 1970s, resulting in legislation that continues to provide for and protect working artists in St Paul and beyond. It continues commitment to support engagement in the arts through meaningful collaborations as indicated in our strategic plan.
Our goal is to make sure that the narrative and work done on this committee is beneficial to our organization and in accordance with the times.
