A presence practice is the ability to be fully present in the moment, non-judgmentally . This practice is also known as mindfulness. People who practice present moment awareness benefit mentally, emotionally and physically. In this four week series, you will learn about the history and science of mindfulness. You will also practice three different exercises each week. You may choose to attend all four sessions or drop in for one class.
