Three Goddess Gardens presents the Prescott Wellness Expo, April 1-3, 2022 at the Sam Hill Warehouse & Hilton Garden Inn downtown Prescott, AZ! Our 1st semi-annual event theme is Mind Body Soul, Spring into Wellness. Over 2,500 attendees will be taken through an artful experience from 'Seed to Bloom' as we provide self-empowerment tools of growth and transformation.

The Prescott Wellness Expo will commence with a vendor-only networking night on Thursday, March 31st at 6pm. Vendors will have a private opportunity to walk the expo grounds and cross-promote their products and services.

Mental Wellness Day, Friday April 1st. Gates open to the general public from 10am-5pm. Vendor Fair and Healing Space open 10am to 5pm. Opening Ceremony will be held at 10:15am on the main stage. Mental Wellness workshops will be held every hour, rotating between our main stage and conference room, from 11am to 4pm. Keynote Speakers will begin at 4:30pm on the main stage and will feature Prescott Wellness Expo Co-Founder, Tiffany Seale, and Youth for Freedom Owner/Director, Aubrey Taylor. Vendors and VIPs will enjoy a catered meal from Superb Food Company at 530pm.

Physical Wellness Day, Saturday April 2nd. Gates open to the general public from 9am-6pm. Vendor Fair and Healing Space open 9am to 6pm. Physical Wellness workshops will be held every hour, rotating between our main stage and conference room, from 930am to 5pm. Entry for our Celebration of Wellness Party begins at 7pm. Live-music concert 7:30-10pm.

Spiritual Wellness Day, Sunday April 3rd. Gates open to the general public from 10am-5pm. Vendor Fair and Healing Space open 10am-5pm. Spiritual Wellness workshops will be held every hour, rotating between our main stage and conference room, from 11am to 4pm. Closing Ceremony will take place on our main stage at 4:15pm.

Our exclusive conference room, "The Speakeasy", is hosting clandestine, controversial wellness workshops to a select 50-guest seating. Speaker line-up and ticket sales for The Speakeasy begin March 1, 2022. VIP passes allow access to all Speakeasy discussions. Pre-registration required.

Ticket Pricing

General Admission: Ticket includes indoor and outdoor vendor fair and healing space access, opening and closing ceremonies, outdoor main stage workshops, on-site scavenger hunt raffle, swag bag, wristband. 12 and under FREE with paid adult. This is an alcohol-free weekend event. (Does not include pre-expo, promotional scavenger hunt.)

• Weekend Pass, ages 13+: Includes Friday April 1st, Saturday April 2nd, and Sunday April 3rd, $25
• Single Day Pass, ages 13+: Can be used for ONE general admission on your day of choice, $10

The Speakeasy: Located in the 1864 Conference room of the Hilton Garden Inn. Presentation topics include Mental Wellness on Friday, Physical Wellness on Saturday, and Spiritual Wellness on Sunday. Seating capacity limited to 50 knowledge seekers. Presentation line-up coming soon! Adults 18+ only. This is an alcohol-free weekend event.

Live-Music Party: Get ready to dance, sing, mingle, and jam out with us at our Celebration of Wellness Party! Saturday April 2, 2022 at the Sam Hill Warehouse from 7-10pm. Adults 18+ only. This is an alcohol-free event.

VIP All-Access Pass: VIP passes include general admission ticket and swag, VIP BADGE, VIP/Vendor dinner Friday Night, Live-Music Party Saturday Night, seating for ALL indoor wellness workshops (must pre-register for selected speakers), Expo logo apparel, and access to a private onsite self-care spa experience! Wellness is all-encompassing! From keeping our environment clean with window cleaners and landscaping to maintaining our physical body with healthy lifestyle habits, and everything in between! We aim to provide a wide variety of services to improve and maintain whole-person well being.

The Prescott Wellness Expo will be the first of its kind wellness conference in Northern Arizona. We are providing a weekend-long exceptional experience to connect our community through empowering services, products, and providers. Vendor packages are all-inclusive to provide a platform for growth and elevation and to get your company/brand known throughout Arizona.

Vendors will enjoy general admission weekend passes for 2 adults, Thursday night Vendor Networking for 2 adults, Friday night Vendor/VIP dinner for 2 adults, Saturday Live-Music Party for 2 adults, Exclusive on-Site Self-Care Serenity Zen Spa Experience entry for 2 adults (open only to Expo staff, Vendors, and VIP), advertising option in 3,000 swag bags, listing in our Wellness Business Resource Directory in print at the back of the Expo program and online for 6 months, and any additional weekend passes can be purchased at a discount of $10/pass.

This will be a rain or shine event. We will host indoor and outdoor vendor and healing services booths. Outdoor booth space is 12x12 and each vendor will bring their own equipment (canopy, table, etc). Indoor booth spaces range from 6x8 to 16x20. Vendor Fair areas, both indoors and outdoors, will be separate from our healing services areas. Indoor booths are provided with a half-wall trade show curtain for the Vendor Fair area and a full-wall trade show curtain for the Healing Services area, to provide maximum privacy.
