About the Wine Consultant - George Erdle

As a wine enthusiast, George writes for the NY Times Wine School column on a monthly basis. He offers his expertise to restaurant groups advising on their wine lists, and is currently serving as wine consultant to a well-known Charlotte-based restaurant group. In addition, he continues to produce charity wine auctions and tastings for a number of clients, some of which include rotary clubs, museums, and artists.
