Introduce your preschooler to the joys of yoga with “Preschool Yoga with Miss Jana”! After a fun-filled story time, join certified instructor Jana Millner for an interactive and calming yoga session tailored for preschool-aged children. This program offers a delightful way for little ones to practice mindfulness, develop motor skills, and learn simple yoga poses in a playful environment. Parents are encouraged to bring their child’s yoga mat, but a supply of mats will also be available on-site. Don’t miss this opportunity to blend movement, mindfulness, and storytelling into a delightful experience for your preschooler!
