Prepped to Parent Amsterdam: September Evenings

Prepped to Parent is a series of four classes designed to boost your confidence and grow your community as you embark on your journey toward parenthood. Taught by four English speaking experts, this course is inspired by what many couples wish they had known upon welcoming their newborn babies.

Join 8-10 other couples, all due around the same time as you for four, 2h in-person sessions (1 session each week for 4 weeks), filled with practical and interactive activities. Each session focuses on a different topic using hands-on & interactive tools taught by our experienced local experts​

• Baby Medical Basics
• Breastfeeding Foundations
• Mental Health From Pregnancy to Parenthood​
• Preparing for Postpartum

Included in the course package:

• One group social event organised for the crew (usually everyone goes for lunch/dinner)
