Having a new baby is a stressful time in any parent's life. Did you know 1 in 5 mothers and 1 in 10 fathers develop a perinatal mood disorder such as depression, anxiety, or even psychosis? This class will help pregnant people prepare for the adjustment to a new baby. You'll gain practical skills for maintaining your postpartum mental health, and leave with concrete resources and a new support network.
