Join us for a nurturing 2.5 hour gathering where we return to the ancient, earth-rooted ways of caring for the Mother. This hands-on workshop is for pregnant mamas, birth workers, and herbal-curious women ready to honour the sacred fourth trimester.We’ll sip tea, blend healing herbs, and craft a bundle of remedies to take home — all while learning how to support the postpartum body with love, nourishment, and intuitive wisdom.
