About your hosts:
Hana and Sophie both moved to New Plymouth in early 2022 and became friends as new mums, in a new city. They soon realised they had faced similar struggles during their postpartum period of life and felt there was a lack of knowledge prior to having a child. As they met other parents in the community, there was a common theme of "I wish I had known what I know now about postpartum life before having children". This sparked their passion to develop a course that aims to prepare and empower parents for life after childbirth. That is how Postpartum Pathways was born.
