Join us in person at the The River Oaks Cafe in San José for an informative session about the homebuying process and affordable homeownership opportunities at Branham Station. The event will be held at VTA Headquarters, located at 3331 N. First Street.

Whether you're a first-time homebuyer or just beginning to explore your options, this session will cover the essential steps to becoming mortgage-ready, including credit and program requirements, affordability benefits, homebuyer education resources, and key milestones on the path to purchasing a home.

You'll also learn about Branham Station, a new affordable homeownership community coming soon to San José exclusively for first time homebuyers in partnership with County of Santa Clara, VTA, Charities Housing, City of San Jose and Destination Home. You will have the chance to ask questions, connect with others on a similar journey, and gain valuable insights to help you prepare for homeownership.
