Preparing for Adulthood (PfA): Information and Next Steps

This event is co-produced by Achieving for Children, SEND Voices & Ways to Work and is open to all parents and carers of young people with SEND who are considering their next steps following school - Yr10 +

This event will begin with tea/coffee at 10:30.

AGENDA OUTLINE:

• The key information and dates for a young person transitioning to college or employment
• An explanation of what supported employment options are available
• An opportunity to share your concerns / anxieties and ask questions
• Information from key supporting agencies

More detailed agenda information will be shared over the coming weeks on which services will be represented during the presentations.
