Preparing For Adulthood- Hearing Your Voice Workshop

We invite young people and their families to join us for a preparation to adulthood workshop/transition to adulthood.
We will look at support available at each stage and gather feedback on it. We would welcome all ideas about improving the support for young people who are or about to transition to adult service. The workshop is lead by Southampton Parent Carer Forum and Southampton City Council.
What to expect:
*Identify gaps in support
*Gather Ideas for improvements
*Ensure all voices shape services
No need to book, just turn up. Refreshments provided
