Speakers


Matt Molloy is an experienced dispute resolver and has been appointed in over 900 construction and engineering disputes as either adjudicator, arbitrator, mediator, expert determiner, Conflict or Dispute Avoidance Panel/Board member. These disputes have concerned a number of high profile projects both within the UK and overseas, and have involved complex technical and legal issues in a variety of sectors, including education, private and public housing, offices, hotels and leisure, sports stadia, roads and infrastructure, utilities, energy and process engineering.


Alison Coutinho is an Operations Director and the UK Development Advisory Services Lead at Mace. Alison has a wealth of development experience in the housing and regeneration sectors in the capacity of a practising architect, developer and consultant, and during the course of her career and, has navigated numerous adjudications.


Andrew White is an experienced delay expert, Director with DGA, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and Chartered Construction Manager and prior to his career in delay analysis, gained extensive experience in the delivery of construction projects as a Project Manager with major contractors. Andrew is regularly appointed as an Expert on delay and construction project management matters in adjudication, arbitration, and litigation on UK and international construction disputes, across multiple industry sectors and recognized by clients for his thoroughly researched, clearly reasoned, “common sense” based analyses.


Dominic Keene is an experienced quantum expert, Director with DGA and Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has extensive live project experience of building, civil engineering, rail and industrial projects in the UK and internationally, which was gained by working for major contracting organisations and consultancies. He is regularly appointed as an independent expert witness in the field of quantum (damages) on construction and engineering matters in mediation, adjudication and arbitration.


Ray O’Connor is a Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners recommended Partner in the Construction and Engineering Team at Squire Patton Boggs and, has over 20 years' experience in structuring and closing complex construction and engineering projects and successfully resolving disputes domestically and internationally across numerous different sectors ranging from the built environment to infrastructure, energy, process and engineering projects.


Graeme Bradley, a Partner with Squire Patton Boggs who has been consistently recognised as a leading Construction and Engineering practitioner and has been ranked for many years in the Legal 500 “Hall of Fame” and involved in countless complex disputes, will act as moderator.
