About this Event
The prepared Childbirth Method is a physical and psychological preparation for childbirth that addresses laboring techniques, breastfeeding and newborn topics. Classes include anatomy and physiology of labor, breathing techniques, relaxation, plus discussions regarding fetal monitoring and medications. Registration required.
