This two-day series is taught by a Certified Labor and Delivery registered nurse. This series helps to prepare expectant parents for their labor and delivery experience. Subjects include anatomy and physiology of the birth process, techniques in coping with labor and an emphasis on positive effects of the labor support person.
Begin classes in the 7th or 8th month of pregnancy. Target audience: Expectant parents. A brief, guided tour is included.
Saturday class: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday class: 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Adults Only - Space is limited! Dress Casually. Bring 2 pillows & 1 Blanket. Bring Proof of Insurance Card to class with you.
The cost is $70 per couple.
