A series of three classes held on Wednesday Evenings.
The childbirth education classes are only available in English.
This class is designed for mothers (and their partner) who have never attended preparation classes. This class includes a virtual tour of the labor and delivery, postpartum, and nursery units. This class covers many aspects of pregnancy and childbirth:

- Hospital admission procedures and routines
- Stages of labor
- Medical interventions
- Cesarean birth
- Pain management options
- Partner's role in labor and delivery
- Breathing and relaxation techniques
- The Recovery Period for Mom and Baby

- Breastfeeding
