About the programme

This evidence-based customised couple assessment inventory was launched in 1980 by Dr. David Olson and Peter J. Larson.

Our programme aims to:

• Explore relationship strengths and growth areas
• Strengthen communication skills
• Identify and manage major stressors
• Resolve conflicts using the Ten Step Model - Develop a more balanced relationship using the Family of Origin and Couple Map
• Understand SCOPE personality differences and maximise teamwork.

Dates of the 3 sessions:

Date: 14, 21 and 28 November 2026 (3x Saturdays)

Time: 9 am to 1 pm

Who is eligible?

Couples who have been married for more than 2 years. At least one spouse must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident. The groom is at least 25 years old, and the bride is at least 21 years old.
