Prep 4 Parenting: In-person class

The transition to parenthood is one of the most significant life events that a person can experience. Our free in-person Prep 4 Parenting class is designed to help you feel more empowered and confident in your transition to parenthood, and covers topics such as:

• Caring for a new baby.
• Attachment and bonding.
• Baby's brain development and early connections.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with your partner.
• Developing a relationship with your new baby.
• Postpartum mental health.
• Your support networks and more!

This in-person class is designed for expectant parents and parents and caregivers with infants ages 0 to 6 months. This class is only offered in English.
