Join Andy Angel, certified prenatal yoga teacher and birth Doula for this 1.5 hour workshop.
You will be guided through breathing techniques, yoga poses for hip opening, strengthening muscles and calming the nervous system. You will be guided through flowing movement and will explore poses that create length and flexibility in the body. Finishing up with birth art, childbirth education and savasana.
