This 5-week series is an empowering practice to deepen your connection with body, breath, heart, and baby.
Together we’ll explore tools to:
🌿 Ease common pregnancy discomforts
🌿 Nourish your nervous system
🌿 Cultivate calm and focus
🌿 Feel prepared for your birthing experience
Each class blends gentle movement, breath work, vocal toning, meditation, pelvic floor awareness, and childbirth education — with space to ask questions during our supportive opening circle.
Led by Tamara, an experienced Doula, Perinatal Educator, and Therapeutic Yoga Teacher. 💕
