Prenatal Yoga is perfectly tailored for pregnant women. You will be expertly and intelligently guided to explore and experience practices for self-care so you can best nurture yourself and the growing life within you. Moms will learn how to relieve some of the common physical discomforts associated with pregnancy. Our group meets weekly for 6 sessions. Moms need to be in the second trimester of pregnancy.
We practice physical posture that strengthens your legs, relax your shoulders and neck, release lower back pain, strengthen your core and pelvic floor, and even bring relief to your feet and ankles, as well as many more. Learn to cultivate patience and mindfulness during your pregnancy, motherhood, and throughout life's journey. The breath and simple meditative practices of yoga will be experienced in support of this special time. Strength and relaxation are balanced.
