Expecting and looking for a gentle way to feel more comfortable in your body?Yoga Among Friends in Downers Grove is offering a Prenatal Yoga series for moms-to-be who want supportive movement, breath awareness, and a welcoming place to connect during pregnancy.
Taught by Therese Carlson, RN, a certified yoga teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience.
This class may support gentle strength and mobility, common pregnancy tension, breathing tools for relaxation, and connection with your changing body.
No prior yoga experience is needed.

$30 per class or $112 for the 4-class series
