60 minutes of pre natal yoga. This class is for pregnant women in any stage of their pregnancy. Students will learn yoga poses that are safe for their pregnant body while preparing their bodies for child birth. Please refer to your doctor before enrolling in this class. Class will be offered every Saturday 10:15-11:15am from June 8th to August 31st.We offer a prenatal yoga membership for $75/month.
Each class is $20 to drop in.
This class is included in ALL unlimited yoga memberships.
