Prenatal Workshop Giveaway

Come experience a taste of a prenatal yoga workshop series for support, resources, inspiration, and community while a life is growing inside, absolutely free of charge! Details below.

This is a trial/ info session of a five-week workshop series with the following weekly themes:

1. Connection
2. Pelvic floor & more
3. Strengthening
4. Grounding
5. Nurturing safe space

The workshop runs from Sep 29-Oct 27, and then again from Nov 3-Dec 1 (all Fridays). Enrol into one whole series for $80 (drop-in is $20 per class). Participating in the whole series will receive all-rounded support on body, mind and spirit. This also allows time and space to foster connection with other pregnant folks through partner work and sharing circle. Drop-ins for any of the classes are equally welcome.

In the series, we will be doing functional movements to improve strength, yoga asana for grounding and mobility, breathwork for pelvic floor engagement & nervous system calming, meditation, yoga nidra, sound bath, sharing circle, partner work, some education on anatomy and pain & anxiety allievation skills.

About the facilitator: Angora has 13 years of experience with yoga and is a RYT, RYPT, certified singing bowl healer and birth doula. Committed to teaching yoga as an embodied experience from trauma-informed approach, she is a firm believer that yoga is a transformative and transcending lifestyle for higher realization.
