Breastfeeding is natural — but it’s also something you learn. This supportive prenatal group class is designed to help you feel calm, confident, and truly prepared before your baby arrives.

In this session, we’ll cover:
• What to expect in the early hours and weeks
• How milk supply works
• Tips for a deep, comfortable latch
• Simple positioning adjustments to make feeding easier
• What’s normal for newborn feeding
• How to know your baby is getting enough
• How to navigate common early challenges

There will also be time for your questions—because no two feeding journeys are the same.

Best taken between 28–34 weeks of pregnancy, but helpful at any stage.
