Premiere: Northern Italian Culinary Journey Through the Alps and Beyond

Pack your appetite and join us for a delicious adventure through Northern Italy! From the towering peaks of the Dolomites to the rolling vineyards of Piedmont, this region has some of the most treasured culinary traditions and delicious food in the country.

You'll sample some iconic dishes that make Northern Italian cuisine so irresistible. Think buttery risotto from Lombardy, hearty polenta from the Veneto, and melt-in-your-mouth braised meats like Piedmont’s famous brasato.

As you taste your way through the region, we’ll also pour perfectly paired regional wines. From the crisp whites of Alto Adige to the bold reds of Piedmont, you’ll get a true taste of the local terroir. Mangiamo!

To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 7:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
