Hell Yes – The Art of Consent
What is a true yes? And how does a clear no feel in your body?
In this tantric workshop, we explore consent beyond words – in the nervous system, in the body, and in living connection with others. Through presence, movement, and contact, we create space to listen more deeply within: where is your yes, and where does your no begin?
We move beyond performance and right or wrong, into a space of exploration where you are welcome exactly as you are. A place to feel, hesitate, discover – and perhaps find new clarity in how you want to meet yourself and others.
About the facilitators
Matilda and Katie found each other through conversations about consent and boundaries – in a shared feeling of “this is how we want to meet.” From there, a journey began of exploring, deepening, and holding spaces where clarity and heart go hand in hand.
Over the years, they have supported each other in creating safe, alive meeting spaces and have co-created mini-festivals within authentic relating, shibari, and tantra. They have also facilitated workshops, including at Noden.
Their way of holding space is grounded, present, and attuned – with a clear structure that allows you to relax and be more fully yourself.

All levels are warmly welcome, regardless of previous experience.
We will be together until 21:30, and afterwards we close with LNT – Leave No Trace, taking care of the space together and leaving it as beautiful (or more) than we found it.
