Premiere: Dessert Cheese Masterclass, $150

Cheese doesn't have to end when the main course does — in fact, some of the most exciting cheese experiences come after dinner. In this masterclass, we'll explore the styles built for that final course: rich and sweet-leaning, boozy and complex, or intensely blue, each paired with accompaniments and wine chosen to bring out their best qualities. We'll talk through what makes a cheese work as dessert — balance of sweetness, texture, and intensity — and how to build a course that feels like a proper ending rather than an afterthought. Leave ready to close your next dinner party the way the experts do.

To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as small bites, wine, a cheese plate and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 6:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff ill check IDs at the door.

Our classroom coordinator will help you to determine if the class can be modified to accomodate your needs. The health and safety of our guests is a priority for us.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
