Summer is upon us in Southern California and the Premier Club Dinner is the hottest ticket in town. Another expertly prepared menu from Chef Chris, Chef Austin, and their team of artists at Tierra Sur.

We'll be celebrating over 200 years of Herzog tradition with the Generation VIII Cabernet Sauvignon from Padis Vineyards in Napa Valley. A wine so bold and so lush that it was made in honor of our own Joseph Herzog, the 8th generation of Herzogs. Add to that our natively fermented Rosé of Pinot, the Calistoga Single Vineyard Cabernet, and finished for dessert with the new bigger and more complex Late Harvest Orange Muscat and you've got a night to remember!
