Erin Stevenson, founder of The Do Good Movement + author of "I Am Strong", is bringing her program to the studio!
This Pre-K Prep Movement Program focuses on social-emotional learning through movement and mindfulness, helping children with self-regulation. The program enhances children's educational, social, creative, and emotional needs through activities like songs, games, and play.
Drop your preschooler off for an hour of movement, fun, + play, and then head over to Barre-It-All in Lemont for a 30 minute Yoga Scuplt class!
Kelly Lucio, owner of Barre-It-All is opening her doors to create a space for moms to do a little self-care through their own movement. Sculpt your body and clear your mind in this vinyasa class! This class takes you through a Sun A and Sun B flow and combines strength training sections targeting your thighs, arms, seat, and abs.
*Please note: parents are also welcome to stay in the studio with their preschooler.

All equiptment will be provided.

Can I do just one class?
Absolultey! Choose between single sessions or the complete program at checkout.

Do I need any prior experience?
No way! This class is recommended for beginners as well as those with some experience.

COVID19 guidelines
If you are feeling ill, have been exposed to a known COVID19 case wihtin 48 hours of your class, we're happy to offer you a full credit and reschedule your registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations, please give at least 10 days notice for a full refund. If a refund is requested within 10 days, we can offer credit or a transfer to another workshop. A no show without notice will not receive a credit.Thank you for your understanding!
