A gentle, welcoming pregnancy yoga series designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy.
Join for the full 4-week journey or drop in casually to any class that suits you.
Week 1 – Grounding (Stronger, Gentle + Dynamic Yoga)
Supportive, steady movement to build strength, stability, and confidence in your changing body.
Week 2 – Breath & Presence(Pregnancy Slow Flow)
A calm, breath-led slow flow to settle the nervous system and deepen connection with body and baby.
Week 3 – Softening & Trust (Pregnancy Yin)
A deeply nurturing, restful class with long supported poses to encourage release, ease, and trust.
Week 4 – Balance(Gentle Slow Flow)
Gentle flowing movement focused on balance, adaptability, and moving with kindness and ease.
