Being a doula, Anfisa loves teaching this class at the studio which provides a community for pregnant women across all stages of their pregnancy. The practice includes time to explore breathing techniques, poses to strengthen & stretch and positions for an easier labor. All classes also are therapeutic – solving problems or removing discomfort in pregnancy such as nausea, back or hip ache, low energy, insomnia, digestive complaints, and joint pain.
