Hi, I’m Caron, a midwife with almost 40 years of experience, and I’d love to welcome you into a warm, safe and relaxed space where you can breathe, stretch, and truly look after yourself each week.
My lovely weekly Pregnancy Yoga Classes are designed to help you move comfortably, ease those everyday aches, stay active, and feel more confident as your body changes.
Each class is full of fun, reassurance, and genuine support — a place where you can come exactly as you are and feel instantly at ease.
Every session includes a friendly, open Q & A chat, giving you the chance to ask anything that’s on your mind.
Whether it's a small worry, a big question, or just something you’ve been wondering about, you’ll get calm, down to earth answers from someone who’s been caring for families for decades........and you won’t be alone — you’ll become part of a huge, welcoming community of moms, all going through the same journey and ready to share and laugh with you and of course and cheer you on.
If you’re looking for a class that makes you feel understood, supported, and genuinely cared for, this is your space.

These classes are safe for you to attend from 12 weeks of pregnacy right up until you have your baby and of course being a midwife, yours and your baby's safety is my main concern and I do pride myself on having the safest classes in town.
You will also have the added bonus of joining the Class Watsap Group and access to myself inbetween the classes with any worries that can't wait! See less
