Pregnancy Yoga classes at the Lovely Blossom Tree, Keyworth! Come along for a lovely evening of stretching, gentle strengthening, relaxation and bonding (with a side of antenatal education!) There is no previous yoga experience required and all the movement is specifically targeted to help with common pregnancy aches and pains, as well as optimal foetal positioning, to prepare you mentally and physically for birth.
