About our Pregnancy Yoga Classes---------------------------------------------------------
Pregnancy is a time where we need more connection and support than usual.
Buds & Blossom Yoga specialise in Yoga for Mums – expectant, new and those with growing babies and toddlers. Our Pregnancy classes are designed to:
• Bring comfort to pregnancy
• Prepare you for a positive birthing experience
• Keep you fit and health
• Building a support network and community
Pregnant women may want to avoid Yoga during their first trimester – come and join our classes once you are beyond the first 12 weeks of your pregnancy.
Our Pregnancy Yoga classes take place at 5.15pm every Monday. Feel free to arrive a little early to have a chance to connect and greet everyone.
