I am excited to collaborate with Live Beyond Limit for a pregnancy and postpartum mommy and me yoga class. We will start off with a one hour yoga session and have time after class to catch up and talk about anything on your mind. Suggested donation for this class is $10 but not necessary to join.
All new and seasoned parents in the fourth trimester and expecting parents are welcome to join me for this inclusive meet-up. I will provide evidence-based information, answer questions, give you space to share, and connect you with local resources.
