Pregnancy and Parenthood Expo

The Pregnancy and Parenthood Expo will feature a morning of classes, a catered lunch and an afternoon of meeting vendors with products and services designed to make your life as a parent a little better, more fun, or safer. We are mental health forward and trauma informed, and that perspective will influence the whole event. Notable local individuals will be presenting on a variety of applicable topics including motherhood & mental health, fatherhood & mental health, how to set up the home for baby from the perspective of a pediatric physical therapist, styles of parenting, how to foster strong relationships with your partner, and more!
