Pregnancy after Loss Class

This two-hour class is designed for moms who have lost a baby during a previous pregnancy and are currently pregnant. Your loss may have been during pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum or during the first year of your baby’s life. During class we will discuss triggers (things that bring up feelings of sadness and anxiety), coping mechanisms, self-care, and mental health resources. A mental health specialist will be available. This class is a safe environment to talk about things you and your support person are experiencing. The class seating is limited and is $10 per couple. All in person classes are held in the childbirth education class room suite 260 on the second floor of the F. Marie Hall Outpatient Center.
