About this Event

Join us for the CDI Prediabetes Educational Workshop on February, 27th!

CDI focuses on preventing diabetes through education, prediabetes risk screenings, and referrals to our Diabetes Prevention Program partners. CDI’s team of Community Health Workers are actively engaged in community outreach, educating the community about prediabetes, screening residents through a prediabetes risk assessment, and connecting eligible program participants to Diabetes Prevention Programs.
